Board Advisory
We will develop an understanding of the business, and its culture and provide “wise counsel” on issues raised by owners and directors or management. we will provide unbiased insights and ideas from a third point-of-view using the vast amount of experience obtained over three decades within the Medtech Industry
Corporate and Business Coach
Formally trained and obtained a Diploma with Distinction at The Coaching Academy.
Business Coaching enables the client to develop their business further. As a coach we would ask the client thought provoking questions, helping to set realistic and achievable goals and to be accountable and taking ownership.
A confidential non-judgmental non-advisory relationship will be built with the clients to enable them to explore their own skills and abilities in order for them to achieve beyond their initial expectations.
